Overview
A rocket range north of Fairbanks, Alaska, owned by the University of Alaska and used since 1969 to launch sounding rockets into the aurora. NASA funds most campaigns, and spent stages and payloads land in the empty interior of Alaska. It is often described as the only university owned rocket range in the world.
