Overview
The launch complex built for the Ariane 6, with a mobile gantry that rolls back before liftoff instead of moving the rocket to the pad. Ariane 6 made its first flight from ELA-4 in July 2024, replacing Ariane 5 as the main European heavy launcher and restoring independent European access to space.
