Overview
A cosmodrome carved from a decommissioned missile division in the Amur region after Baikonur fell outside Russian borders. Start-1 solid rockets flew light satellites from converted silos, starting with Zeya in 1997. It closed in 2007 as construction of Vostochny began nearby.
